Measurments are as follows: Lying flat- double for true waist/hips.
 
Waist 15.5"
Hips (widest part of the seat area) 19.5"
Rise 10"
Inseam 32" (what can I say... the measurements don't lie!)
 (These fit a great range, depending on they are worn. Estimate 8-12 in size)
 
Measure your favorite jeans/shorts/capris- then compare the measurements above. These are 99% Cotton 1% Spandex, they do have some give and stretch. Narrow tapered legs.
