True to size Fit, with a shorter hemline-  not oversized. See below for (Before wash) Measurements. I washed mine on gentle with cold water. I line dried it and sized up to allow for slight shrinkage.

Small Measures 17.5" across shoulders. 21" across chest, under arms. 21" long in front and 24.5" in back.
Medium Measures 18.5" across shoulders. 22.5" across chest, under arms. 22" long in the front and 25" long in the back.
